Move Out & Move In

Move Out Cleaning in Atlanta that gets your deposit back.

Landlords and property managers grade on a checklist. We clean to that checklist — inside appliances, inside cabinets, baseboards, grout — and hand you photo proof for the walkthrough.

Deposit-Focused

We clean to the checklist property managers actually grade you on — not a generic tidy-up.

Photo Report Included

Timestamped before/after photos you can forward straight to your landlord.

Empty or Still Packing

Best results on an empty unit, but we work around boxes and last-minute chaos too.

Re-Clean Promise

If your inspection flags something we covered, we come back and fix it free.

The move-out checklist

Every move-out clean covers

  • Full bathroom sanitize — tub, tile, grout lines, fixtures
  • Windowsills, tracks and interior glass
  • Walls spot-cleaned for scuffs and marks
  • Light fixtures, ceiling fans and blinds dusted
  • Floors vacuumed, mopped and edge-detailed

Move out cleaning questions, answered

How much does move out cleaning cost in Atlanta?

Most Atlanta move-out cleans run $220–$450 depending on square footage, number of bathrooms, and how much build-up is left behind. You get an exact price before we start — no surprise add-ons.

How long does it take?

A one-bedroom apartment is usually 3–4 hours. A three-bedroom house is typically 5–7 hours with a two-person crew.

Should the unit be empty?

Ideally yes. An empty unit lets us clean inside every cabinet and under every appliance, which is exactly where inspections fail.

Do you clean the carpets?

We vacuum and edge-detail all carpet. Steam extraction is a separate add-on we can quote if your lease requires it.
